Before confirming the bid, please read the following details:
By accepting our Terms and Conditions during registration process , you confirm that you agree to our trade terms concerning bidding on the Yahoo! auction. Our system is using an automated translation software. Such software, when translating from Japanese to English, might produce translations errors, wrong grammar, etc. If you are not satisfied with the translation, or if it does not make sense to you, please do not bid Instead, please send an email with the AUCTION ID and ask for further details.
PAYMENTS FOR AUCTION ITEMS
- 100% deposit required prior to bidding, no bids will be processed without advance payment
- Payments accepted by PayPal or wire transfer only (Note PayPal customers - we accept orders only from verified accounts).
SUBMITING THE BIDS
Before placing the bid (s) you need:
- Be registered ( it's free of charge). ONLY registered and logged in customers can see button "Place Order"
- Submit sufficient amount of funds for successfully bidding
All bids MUST be submitted not later than 24 hours till auction ends. Japanauctions.co.uk acts as a facilitator in this auction and cannot check the goods prior to the purchase for quality, correct description, suitability, fitment and so on. Japanauctions.co.uk will make every effort to proceed with your bid BEFORE the end of the auctioned item. However, we cannot be held responsible for items which expired before we have placed the actual bid on them. Please bid early and allow reasonable time before the expiry of the desired item.
ORDER CANCELATION
Japanauctions.co.uk does not and cannot cancel auctions under any circumstances. Yahoo Japan does not allow retraction of bids. We have the right to cancel your account at any time if we have reason to believe you have abused any of the rules, and/or terms of service.
REFUNDS
Japanauctions.co.uk does not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The seller does not send your item even though Japanauctions.co.uk has paid. In this case, Japanauctions.co.uk refunds the commission fees only and gives you free commission if you find the item to bid on again.
- Seller sends us a damaged item.
Japanauctions.co.uk refunds money only if :
- auction was lost and customer have requested refund
- auction was won, item(s) shipped to client and client's account is in credit ( we refund the balance)
All refunds ( where applicable) made in 60 days
SUMMARY
Your bid will be accepted only if you have an active account with Japanauctions.co.uk have paid a deposit as required. Additional charges will apply to each item purchased:
1. Handling of the bids: 15% of the Yahoo winning bid amount, but with a minimum Yen 1,400 per item.
2. Bank charges: Bank charge on the payment to the seller: Yen 600 per item.
3. Yahoo auction commission: 3% on all items.
4. Delivery of the item from the seller to our warehouse in Tokyo: Depending on the item`s SIZE: Yen 700 (small box, i.e. headlight or injectors) to Yen 7,000 (i.e. complete exhaust system with muffler, alloy wheels set etc). Some larger items have higher charges. We will charge you according to the actual cost of domestic delivery. Our online calculator gives only estimate.
5. Delivery to you. You have several options:
Place inside one of your cars, if you are also a Japanauctions.co.uk customer and buy cars from us. You run a risk of items being stolen from the cars. Sorry, we can ‘t be held responsible for any thefts or lost items using this method.
EMS courier- This is fast, 3-5 days to the USA, Europe, Oceania etc, and somewhat more costly than economy air.
NOTE: Only items up to 30 kilos will be shipped via EMS
SAL- Economy airmail.
Surface/sea mail. Low cost but rather slow. Might take 1-2 months to the USA or Europe.
But this delivery method exceptionally good for oversized and heavy items ( sets of wheels, engines etc.)
Consolidation of large items (Engines, gearboxes, axles etc) into LCL or FCL ocean containers.
